This Privacy Policy describes how Sky P.I.G. LLC d/b/a Blue Sky Analytics ("Blue Sky Analytics," "Blue Sky," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information through blue-skyiq.com (the "Site").
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit our contact form or correspond with us by email, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, work email address, company, workforce size, and the content of your message.
Technical information. The Site is a static website. It does not set cookies, run advertising trackers, or use third-party analytics. Our hosting provider may collect standard server log information, such as IP addresses and browser characteristics, as part of operating its infrastructure.

Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to operate the Site: form submissions are processed by Formspree, and the Site is hosted on GitHub Pages. These providers process information on our behalf to deliver the Site's functionality and are not permitted to use it for other purposes.
Assessment respondent information
Information collected from employees who participate in a SentimentIQ™ assessment is governed by separate, stricter protections, including anonymous response architecture, a minimum reporting threshold, restricted access, and defined deletion timelines. Retention
We retain inquiry and correspondence information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and maintain reasonable business records. Assessment respondent data follows the retention schedule described on the Data Security & Anonymity page.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided to us by emailing info@blue-skyiq.com. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time.
Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including restricted access and infrastructure that encrypts data in transit and at rest.
Changes to this policy
